Location: New York City, NY; regular presence across NYC venues required; onsite

Salary: $83,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the senior instructional design expert and trusted advisor across the organization.
• Lead the design of complex enterprise learning solutions aligned with strategic business priorities.
• Conduct learning needs, audience, and performance analyses to define effective solutions.
• Design and review digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Establish instructional design standards, methodologies, templates, and governance.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered learning design and content development tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or talent development.
• Deep expertise in adult learning, learning science, and modern learning technologies.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to learning design, content development, or knowledge management.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Regular onsite presence across New York City venues is required.
