Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary: CAD $107,000–$143,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead facilities and maintenance operations across two switchgear manufacturing facilities.
• Manage, mentor, train, and develop the maintenance team while supporting a safety-conscious culture.
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs for fabrication equipment, including lasers, shears, turret punches, copper-processing equipment, and welding systems.
• Direct corrective maintenance and emergency response activities to minimize downtime and production disruption.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, equipment, machinery, and tooling maintenance.
• Manage tooling inventory, maintenance budgets, procurement, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of tooling management and tracking systems.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
