What you will do

• Train to manage the residential sales process from the first customer interaction through escrow closing.
• Greet and qualify visitors, demonstrate homes and home sites, and respond to customer information requests.
• Address sales objections and close sales while maintaining professional and ethical customer relationships.
• Document transactions, cancellations, loan and construction progress, and customer-related information.
• Maintain lot and sales files and monitor models and sales offices for disclosures, supplies, repairs, and compliance.
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, realtors, and team members while following quality standards.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Panama City Beach, Florida, United States.
• Ability to communicate with prospective homebuyers throughout the sales process.
• Ability to demonstrate homes and home sites and respond to customer requests.
• Ability to document transactions accurately and track loan, options, and construction progress.
• Professional, ethical conduct and compliance with company quality standards.
