Product Support Sales Representative (Parts)

Location: Must reside in Central Oregon, covering Wheeler, Jefferson, Crook, Deschutes, Klamath, and Lake counties. Regular travel, including overnight stays, is required.

Provides product support solutions, parts, services, and equipment assistance to customers in an assigned territory.

What you will do

• Manage coverage, retention, development, and satisfaction for assigned customers.
• Develop customer sales forecasts and business plans and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Grow parts and service sales by identifying aftermarket opportunities and selling service programs.
• Prepare product support quotes and perform machine inspections and evaluations.
• Communicate repair progress and help negotiate and resolve customer product support disputes.
• Execute short- and long-term territory goals through planning and relationship management.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of industry experience, training, or an equivalent combination is preferred.
• Customer service, relationship management, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise integrity and discretion, and collaborate across the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Must reside in Central Oregon and be able to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
