Sales Representative (Gloucester, VA)

Location: Gloucester, Virginia, United States; requires driving, standing, walking, stair use, outdoor work, and movement across uneven terrain.

Salary: $150,000–$400,000 per year for successful Sales Representatives who meet their targets.

What you will do

• Carry out sales activities and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Communicate and interact effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
• Work at properties and navigate stairs, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or two years of related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to drive during daytime or nighttime.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for four consecutive hours or up to a full eight-hour day, sit for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors and tolerate moderate noise and changing weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Prior CRM software experience.
• Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry.
• Applicable state licensing, depending on location.
• Strong communication skills and motivation.
