Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative (Dermatology)

Location: Roanoke, Virginia; territory covers Roanoke, VA. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Salary: Specialty Representative — $89,880–$121,602 annually; Senior Specialty Representative — $115,949–$156,872 annually.

What you will do

• Provide clinical knowledge of hirify.global products and communicate their benefits to medical professionals.
• Promote products, deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Manage healthcare accounts by understanding customer needs, supporting product access, and resolving or triaging reimbursement issues.
• Develop territory plans, analyze sales activity effectiveness, and provide feedback on marketing strategy in partnership with the District Manager.
• Build customer relationships, share best practices, and collaborate with colleagues throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• Specialty Representative: bachelor's degree, or an associate degree with 4 years of sales experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales or relevant clinical experience, or an associate degree with 6 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years.
• Sales or clinical experience in healthcare, scientific, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments.
• Ability to plan and organize, communicate with impact, drive results, apply business and industry knowledge, and cultivate internal and external relationships.
• Must be able to cover the Roanoke, Virginia territory; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Product or hospital sales experience in dermatology or other listed therapeutic areas.
• Local market knowledge and established relationships in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
