Senior Manager, Statistical Programming (Biotech)

Location: Onsite in Warren, New Jersey, or Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $150,500–$245,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate analysis programming across a therapeutic area and track study deliverables.
• Manage programming and quality control for analysis datasets and outputs supporting regulatory submissions.
• Represent statistical programming on multidisciplinary study teams through regulatory approval and product launch.
• Develop data models, programming standards, and code, and train end users on project standards.
• Mentor junior staff and advise colleagues on data, records, and information retention procedures.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading programming deliverables within a clinical or therapeutic area.
• Experience developing and applying programming standards and data models.
• Strong mentoring, collaboration, communication, organizational, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Warren, New Jersey, or Cambridge, Massachusetts.
