What you will do

• Lead statistical programming activities for pharmaceutical compounds, indications, or therapeutic areas in early development.
• Lead statistical programmers and manage resource planning for assigned staff.
• Develop and oversee SAS programs for ADaM datasets and Tables, Listings, and Figures.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality processes, and consistency across individual studies and integrated data.
• Create regulatory filing documentation, including reviewer guides and data definition documents.
• Develop standard SAS macros and operating procedures while mentoring statistical programmers and analysts.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or BS with 10+ years.
• Previous experience leading a team of statistical programmers.
• In-depth knowledge of SAS programming for drug development and CDISC standards.
• In-depth understanding of the drug development process and regulatory filings.
• Clear oral and written communication and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to estimate effort for project-related programming activities.
