Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, analyze, and report clinical trials and other scientific research studies.
• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, product safety plans, and evidence-generation analysis plans.
• Identify data issues, study-assumption violations, suitable data collection instruments, and programming specifications for analysis datasets.
• Perform statistical analyses and collaborate with Statistical Programming and Data Science on high-quality study outputs and database lock preparation.
• Develop data-presentation and inference strategies, review scientific reports and publications, and ensure consistency of tables, listings, figures, and conclusions.
• Lead cross-functional statistical activities, explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians, and support safety, benefit-risk, clinical, and real-world evidence initiatives.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python, including complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
• Experience with clinical development programs, clinical trial design, and statistical analysis planning.
• Ability to independently lead statistical activities and communicate statistical concepts and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

Nice to have

• Immunology clinical trial experience.
• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
