What you will do

• Design, analyze, and report clinical trials and other scientific research studies.
• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, safety analysis plans, and programming specifications.
• Perform statistical analyses, identify study and data issues, and collaborate with Statistical Programming and Data Science.
• Develop data presentation and inference strategies and support accurate scientific reports, publications, tables, listings, and figures.
• Build reusable, tested, and documented statistical analysis code, templates, benchmark test sets, and quality-control assets.
• Design AI-enabled analytical workflows and deliver production-grade solutions, including R/Shiny interfaces, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong technical, statistical computation, simulation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying data and analytical issues and developing scientifically sound solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and product teams and explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
• Pharmaceutical or related industry knowledge, including drug development and lifecycle management in a regulated environment, is desired.
• Advanced R programming, validated analytical software, Shiny applications, GxP practices, and experience with AI or machine learning methods are relevant to the role.
