Salary: $23.80–$43 per hour

What you will do

• Perform advanced and senior-level maintenance tasks within the core function.
• Maintain department assets to support reliable equipment performance and quality standards.
• Assist with root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
• Train Maintenance Technician I employees and contribute to multi-skilled technician development.
• Support cross-functional teams, continuous improvement projects, and maintenance safety initiatives.
• Follow applicable safety and GMP regulations and hirify.global’s code of conduct.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 5+ years of experience, a relevant certificate with 3+ years of experience, or an associate technical degree with 1+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of basic power tools and the ability to use hand and measuring tools in an industrial setting.
• Advanced proficiency in the core maintenance function and the ability to begin developing skills across multiple trade disciplines.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to work onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
