Entitlements Manager

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and manage entitlements, due diligence, and land staff activities for assigned residential development projects.
• Evaluate acquisition feasibility, project costs, development budgets, product mix, and overall community viability.
• Obtain zoning changes, governmental approvals, subdivision permits, and other entitlements through coordination with public agencies.
• Manage civil engineers, land planners, geotechnical engineers, hydrologic consultants, and other project consultants.
• Review development agreements, site plans, technical reports, civil construction documents, and utility or roadway improvement requirements.
• Attend meetings with city staff, development teams, public agencies, and community members.

Requirements

• Experience managing entitlement and due diligence activities for land development projects.
• Ability to evaluate project feasibility, acquisition risks, budgets, and required infrastructure improvements.
• Ability to coordinate consultants and supervise two or more employees.
• Ability to review zoning materials, subdivision plans, permits, technical reports, and civil construction documents.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Professional and ethical approach to customer service and business operations.
