What you will do

• Research taxes, zoning information, assignment information, and permitting details.
• Compile data using multiple applications and websites.
• Respond to appraiser inquiries about research and report data.
• Track project status and share relevant updates.
• Assist with parsing large qualitative and quantitative datasets.
• Communicate with local government entities and appraisers to confirm, clarify, and obtain direction on research information.

Requirements

• Industry-related experience and familiarity with commercial real estate concepts, including property assessments, taxes, zoning, and property values.
• Ability to learn and apply basic real estate concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, track information, solve problems proactively, and remove obstacles.
