What you will do

  • Lead environmental assessment, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment projects from due diligence through closure.
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, deliverables, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Execute projects under RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio EPA VAP, and other state and federal regulatory programs.
  • Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead proposals and business development pursuits.
  • Develop and support USEPA and state brownfield grant and redevelopment funding strategies.
  • Mentor environmental teams across the Midwest and Great Lakes region and contribute through publications, presentations, and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 15–20+ years of environmental consulting experience.
  • Experience managing complex environmental assessment and remediation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and state regulatory programs.
  • Demonstrated project management, client service, and team leadership experience.

Nice to have

  • Professional licensure such as PE, PG, or equivalent.
  • Experience with brownfield redevelopment and USEPA or state grant programs.
  • Business development and proposal leadership experience.
  • Technical publications, presentations, or established external industry presence.
