Senior Technology Engineer II (AI)

Salary: $109,500–$208,500 base pay annually

What you will do

• Design, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated build, testing, integration, and deployment workflows.
• Develop backend services, frontend components, REST APIs, microservices, and modern web applications.
• Integrate version control, build automation, artifact management, security scanning, observability, and monitoring tools.
• Apply DevOps and platform engineering practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Embed security, compliance, governance, traceability, and validation controls into software delivery and AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams while improving engineering standards and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 7 years of experience, master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI, including agentic development workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud or hybrid environments and Git-based DevOps toolchains.
• Strong backend programming skills and familiarity with frontend frameworks.
• Experience deploying and supporting containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SDLC documentation, traceability, validation, security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native development with AWS or Azure.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and secure coding experience.
• Experience with .NET, Python, React, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
