What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives and platform roadmaps to improve developer experience and operational excellence.
• Design and operate platform capabilities for secure application delivery in a multi-tenant Kubernetes environment.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and capacity planning to maintain a highly available production platform.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to engineers across the organization.
• Implement AI-powered automation to enhance engineering productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise with AWS and managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and Argo CD.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CDK.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking, including VPCs, CNI, service mesh, and Gateway API.
• Experience with Karpenter, autoscaling, and cost optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
• Experience applying AI to software engineering and platform operations.
