Online Sales Concierge (Real Estate/Sales): Converting internet leads into qualified onsite appointments and sales opportunities for residential communities with an accent on lead qualification, customer communication, and sales reporting. Focus on managing digital inquiries, developing prospects across multiple channels, and analyzing website traffic and marketing performance.
Location: Hybrid position based in the DFW area, with office attendance in Richardson, Texas at least once a week or as needed.

What you will do
- Manage incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced lead sources.
- Communicate with potential customers through online channels, live chat, and phone.
- Qualify leads and convert suitable prospects into appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the customer management database.
- Develop existing leads through telephone, email, and mail, and coordinate mass-mailing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly sales, marketing, and divisional website traffic analyses.
Requirements
- Must be located in the DFW area and able to attend the Richardson office regularly.
- Ability to qualify internet leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of communities, products, plans, and amenities.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Ability to travel overnight occasionally for training.
