What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise engineering platforms that enable secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
• Define and drive DevSecOps strategy and end-to-end architecture across source control, CI/CD, artifact management, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Establish standards for CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, software supply chain security, and cloud engineering.
• Align platform capabilities with product roadmaps, enterprise architecture, business priorities, and development workflows.
• Identify architectural risks, improve developer productivity and delivery velocity, and strengthen security outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and architects, evaluate emerging technologies, and manage relationships with platform vendors and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience, master’s degree with 8 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevSecOps in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with GitHub, AWS, JFrog, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience implementing secure software supply chains, vulnerability management, and policy-driven controls.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale platform architectures and driving cross-functional adoption.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
