What you will do

• Build and evolve front-end experiences that bring AI capabilities to enterprise users.
• Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for global enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain full-stack product capabilities across client-side and server-side systems.
• Work closely with Dioptra’s founders in a small, focused product and engineering group.
• Influence user experience and product direction while helping shape the application of AI in legal technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Professional experience with client-side and server-side JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, CI/CD, and Git.
• Experience using generative AI models from OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Codex.
• Ability to work on challenging problems in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD per year, with the final offer based on location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
