Supply Chain Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite

What you will do

• Track and follow up on purchase orders, imported goods shipments, returns, and delivery claims.
• Coordinate communication with upstream sources and manage procurement matters for non-stock items and samples.
• Coordinate planning and operational issues across multiple distribution centers.
• Maintain supply chain reports and perform data analysis.
• Gather, evaluate, and develop new data analysis report requirements.
• Support other company development projects and maintain planning and purchase order documentation according to GOP/SOP procedures.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• More than one year of planning or supply chain experience, or recent graduation.
• Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good Power BI skills and Excel proficiency for data analysis.
• Compliance with local legislation, company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Nice to have

• SAP operation experience.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, demand planning, inventory optimization, predictive modeling, statistics, and supply planning.
