Material Planner

Location: Shanghai, China — M Building, 105 Lane, No. 1159

What you will do

• Monitor scheduled deliveries and coordinate corrective actions with purchasing, production, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Ensure material availability, timely order placement, and supplier delivery performance.
• Forecast product and component demand while analyzing lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock levels.
• Control purchased-material liability and inventory in line with department objectives.
• Respond quickly to demand fluctuations and urgent material requirements.
• Maintain SAP data integrity and accuracy, coordinate procurement activities, and prepare timely monthly reports.

Requirements

• College education or above.
• 3–4 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes.
• Fluent English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system, with strong data analysis capability.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
