What you will do
- Support warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Receive, inspect, unpack, pick, pack, weigh, label, and prepare inventory, work orders, and sales orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform counts and reconciliations, and complete ERP transactions and documentation.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and priorities for domestic and international transportation.
- Maintain data integrity, secure required approvals, and report equipment, inventory, system, or process issues.
- Assist with ERP testing, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related administrative environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, logistics, operations management, or a related field preferred; equivalent operational experience may be considered.
- Experience with inventory control and quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Good English communication skills are required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for local operational support.
