Process Excellence & AI Co-op (AI)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $27.00–$61.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional process improvement and Kaizen initiatives with the Site Process Excellence Lead.
• Analyze workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks, cycle-time reduction opportunities, and automation potential.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design.
• Create standard work, tools, and resources for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate AI training, workshops, user adoption, and results tracking across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Finance.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in process improvement, Lean methodologies, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools, Power Platform, process mapping, or continuous improvement methodologies.
