Senior Business Process Analyst II (AI)

What you will do

• Document supply-chain and manufacturing objectives, identify process pain points, and map end-to-end operational impacts.
• Manage intake and prioritization of Operations requests, including scope, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and implementation sequencing.
• Investigate o9 planning issues across demand, supply, inventory, planning parameters, and master data to identify root causes.
• Define functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and problem statements.
• Design and maintain dashboards covering service, backlog, inventory, supply-demand balance, forecast, capacity, and planning exceptions.
• Build and govern Custom GPT tools for supply-chain analytics, and coordinate solution delivery through UAT, deployment, and post-implementation validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply-chain planning, manufacturing operations, business analysis, or supply-chain digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions or a comparable advanced planning platform.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and translating ambiguous operational questions into implementable, testable requirements.
• Experience building or governing internal GenAI or Custom GPT solutions, including prompt design, knowledge grounding, evaluation, and responsible data handling.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to business users and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or fabless companies.
• Experience with SAP and enterprise data warehouses.
