AI Business Systems Analyst (AI)

Location: Onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: USD 65,500–125,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI applications and enterprise systems.
• Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, implementation specifications, workflows, and data models.
• Review and route system change requests, coordinate system modifications, and communicate updates to management.
• Monitor system performance, accessibility, controls, purchasing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate or conduct testing, produce database reports and analyses, and verify project outcomes.
• Support system training, educational materials, user requests, and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or a master's degree, in information systems or a related field.
• Experience with the development, implementation, and operation of large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, large language models, and their capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate meetings.
• Detail-oriented, deliverables-focused, collaborative, and strongly customer-focused approach.
• Must work onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
