Principal Analyst, CGT Agentic Solutions (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

Salary: $142,800–$214,200 annually, plus potential annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-enabled and agentic solutions for Cell and Gene Therapy across commercial, development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Translate technical and operational needs into solution designs, system requirements, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
• Define agent workflows, orchestration logic, prompt patterns, tool usage, and knowledge retrieval approaches for enterprise applications.
• Partner with software engineers, data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.
• Contribute to data pipelines, integration frameworks, APIs, system interoperability, testing, release planning, and production readiness.
• Establish technical standards, performance measures, monitoring approaches, and continuous improvement practices for deployed solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical solution delivery, systems analysis, software or product engineering support, or platform implementation in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, enterprise platforms, system integrations, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or AI agents and automations on Salesforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of large language models, agentic systems, orchestration, APIs, data flows, workflow automation, SQL, scripting or programming, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, data governance, validation, SDLC, Agile delivery, testing, and release management in regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, or laboratory environments.
• Experience with conversational AI, agent frameworks, enterprise copilots, generative AI platforms, cloud-native architectures, data engineering, or MLOps.
• Familiarity with GxP systems, CSV, validation processes, Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Git, RAG architectures, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Advanced degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
