Associate Business Systems Analyst, D365 F&O

Location: Onsite in Carlsbad, California, USA, with on-site presence required 4+ days per week at headquarters

Salary: USD 109,000–USD 140,175 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Support daily operations of D365 F&O and related enterprise applications.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and process flows.
• Configure and test system functionality, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Investigate production issues, monitor system performance, and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support business users during testing cycles.
• Create requirements, test scripts, training materials, and other system documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing, production support, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Awareness of ERP integrations and data interfaces.
• Experience in retail, apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods.
