Industrial Electrician (Electrical/Instrumentation)

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install, program, and replace plant instrumentation and control equipment.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and written instructions.
• Prepare materials lists for projects, including tools, equipment, and parts.
• Use manlifts, forklifts, and other equipment required for daily maintenance work.
• Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, PLC GE Machine Addition, and Simplicity programs.
• Participate in performance dialogue and team meetings while following plant safety programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus post-secondary trade school or technical college education.
• Three or more years of industrial electrical and instrumentation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP.
• Ability to follow confined-space entry, lockout/tagout, hot-work, forklift, arc-flash, PPE, and related safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with Siemens Simatic Batch PCS7.
