Mobile Maintenance Technician — Lead (Mining)

Location: Haile Gold Mine, South Carolina, USA; onsite surface mine plant work with 12-hour shifts.

What you will do

• Lead repairs and maintenance of heavy mining equipment.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while promoting safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools, troubleshooting diagrams, and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Maintain tooling and shop equipment and help complete extensive repairs.
• Set priorities in a fast-paced environment and support the supervisor, including during absences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment technician.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software such as CAT SIS, CAT ET, and Cummins Insite.
• Commitment to workplace safety and required personal protective equipment.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a surface mine plant environment and perform required physical duties.
