Senior Fullstack Python Developer (AI)

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Build full-stack applications and enterprise solutions using Python with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Design and integrate microservices, RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop AI-powered solutions with Azure OpenAI Service, including Copilots, Agentic AI applications, reasoning agents, RAG, and LLM integrations.
• Build frontend interfaces with React or Angular and integrate them with backend services.
• Deploy and operate applications on Microsoft Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement secure, scalable systems with authentication, authorization, enterprise security controls, and optimized databases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python development skills and experience with microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with React or Angular, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and enterprise AI agent or Copilot solutions.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC, encryption, secure API design, event-driven messaging, and CI/CD.
• Good English communication and availability for on-site work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Neo4j, Graph Database, and Cypher.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or rail.
• Azure certification such as AZ-204 or equivalent.
