Module Engineer within Test Engineering Department (AI Engineer)

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; 12-hour rotational shift pattern, four working days per week, based on business needs.

What you will do

• Install, qualify, deploy, and sustain software products and manufacturing applications.
• Design, develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain applications using AI, machine learning, LLMs, Agentic AI, computer vision, and data analytics.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, yield, and defect-reduction KPIs.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving for software systems and manufacturing applications.
• Drive continuous improvement through software enhancement, process optimization, and new technology adoption.
• Collaborate with software developers, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders on scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial hirify.globalligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Robotics, hirify.globalligent Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on Python programming experience and familiarity with object-oriented languages such as C#, C++, or Java.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLM-based applications, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with computer vision and image analysis, including model training and fine-tuning with tools such as YOLO, OpenCV, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with SQL, Pandas, APIs, software integration, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, AI, or industrial environments.
