Senior Python Developer (CRM - AI/LLM)

Location: Remote; available from Kazakhstan, Serbia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, or Georgia

hirify.global is a global travel-tech company developing online booking platforms and travel products for tourists, travel agents, and business travel providers.

What you will do

• Develop backend functionality for the CRM/ERP product using Python and Django.
• Work with Camunda and support its infrastructure.
• Integrate LLM models and develop and maintain related services.
• Design service architecture, make technical decisions, decompose and estimate tasks, and participate in code reviews.
• Consult with System Analysis, QA, and Technical Support teams.
• Manage development projects within the stream and coordinate team resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including experience in a Senior Developer role.
• 5+ years of Python development experience with Django or FastAPI.
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge and ability to write raw SQL queries.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations, working with high-load systems, and handling large databases.
• Knowledge of GitFlow and CI/CD, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) or above, including spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Camunda and pyzeebe.
• Experience with AI/LLM models and understanding of how they work.
