Fullstack Node.js Developer (Tech Lead/Senior, AI)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of complex web applications and core system modules.
• Build and oversee Node.js backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and React or Angular front-end interfaces.
• Design data models and integration patterns across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other relational or NoSQL databases.
• Integrate payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and external APIs with a focus on reliability and security.
• Contribute to AI projects by integrating AI services, building APIs around ML models, and orchestrating AI workflows with Python.
• Lead technical reviews, testing, refactoring, CI/CD and cloud delivery initiatives, while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years of full-stack development experience, including technical design and implementation leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express or NestJS, React or Angular, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and unit, integration, or end-to-end testing.
• Strong interest in third-party integrations, AI-assisted development, prototyping, and new technologies; Python experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills are required for collaboration with international teams and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
