Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (Hybrid/Remote options available)

What you will do

  • Design and build scalable, high-availability agentic AI systems.
  • Develop and deploy AI solutions to solve complex real-world business problems.
  • Monitor and optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional software teams to integrate AI models into existing production systems.
  • Establish robust data pipelines with a focus on security and cost-efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to foster technical growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years specifically in AI engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
  • Proven experience in system design and Agentic AI architectural patterns.
  • Solid understanding of reasoning, planning, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions).
  • Good English communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with fine-tuning generative AI models.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code.
