Implementation Associate (SaaS)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office. Approximately 20% travel is required.

What you will do

• Support hirify.global implementations for large enterprise accounts under the guidance of Implementation Managers.
• Lead delivery for a portfolio of smaller customer implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate meetings, actions, deadlines, issue logs, task lists, and project trackers.
• Deliver implementation content including demos, presentations, workshops, webinars, meetings, and training.
• Prepare implementation plans, timelines, customer communications, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product while improving processes through AI automations and tooling.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Exposure to software implementations or experience managing digital systems in a large organization.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools, including project management tools, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and AI.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach and interest in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred for training and communications with Spanish-speaking teams.
