Team Lead, Professional Services-Grants (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid; three days per week in the Atlanta, Georgia office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation team while serving as a customer-facing Implementation Manager.
• Manage client onboarding from kickoff through adoption, including requirements gathering, configuration, communication, and risk management.
• Configure SaaS products, workflows, integrations, data loads, and customer reports using out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to support a seamless transition from sales to adoption.
• Develop and deliver customer training, user guides, implementation documentation, and knowledge base content.
• Resolve implementation issues, escalate complex problems, and contribute to process and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in client-facing implementation, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience managing a team and applying software implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and customer collaboration skills.
• Technical aptitude for learning new software and addressing implementation challenges.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta office three days per week.

Nice to have

• High comfort level with Excel, including data preparation and initial data loads.
• Experience authoring reports from relational databases using SSRS or Power BI.
• CRM, ERP, GovTech, or other enterprise software implementation experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar project-tracking tools.
