What you will do

• Construct, implement, and deploy custom process-centric business applications using hirify.global’s low-code platform.
• Analyze client strategies and operations to design technical solutions for complex workflow inefficiencies.
• Apply design-thinking methods to build functional prototypes and map end-to-end business models.
• Integrate enterprise applications, business intelligence, and knowledge management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, or a related technical or analytical field.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, programming logic, or emerging software technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate organizational strategies into process workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing work.
• Ability to work on-site in Seville, Spain.

Nice to have

• Foundational experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
