Digital Operation Solution ME Business Analyst

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Prepare and manage systems for entry into service and support customers during deployment.
• Provide second- and third-level support, analyze customer queries, assess issue severity, and improve support procedures.
• Define, develop, and deploy solutions for maintenance engineering and fleet management systems, including integrated aircraft-related solutions where required.
• Gather requirements, create functional analyses and business requirements documentation, and support new releases, modules, and digital projects.
• Manage digital projects throughout their lifecycle, including scope, plans, risks, budgets, communications, and periodic reporting.
• Organize user testing, validate operational procedures, prepare customer documentation, and coordinate Help Desk and user training.

Requirements

• Degree in aeronautical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English and the ability to work adaptably on new topics and in a networking environment.
• Programming experience in C# and advanced CATIA knowledge.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers and development teams.
