Associate Principal - EU Pay Transparency & Total Rewards

Location: Hybrid; client work across Belgium and Europe

What you will do

• Lead complex Total Rewards consulting projects for clients across industries.
• Advise clients on EU Pay Transparency readiness, pay equity, and compensation governance.
• Design job architectures, grading frameworks, career frameworks, salary structures, and reward strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and manage relationships with senior business and HR stakeholders.
• Lead project workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across hirify.global consulting practices.
• Contribute to proposals, business development, and client growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Consulting, or a related field.
• Consulting experience in a consulting firm, professional services environment, or a combination of consulting and in-house experience.
• Strong expertise in compensation, job architecture, grading, salary benchmarking, and reward strategy.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required.

• Dutch, French, and/or German language skills.
