Consultant in HR & Change (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium, with temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad

What you will do

• Deliver change management work across customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategies.
• Support HR organization and performance management, including HR function design, CSR, and HR KPIs.
• Contribute to HR development activities covering recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare HR studies and documents, support negotiations, and contribute to internal offer development and business development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0.5–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest and experience in HR and change management.
• Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Fluent or native Dutch and English are mandatory. Temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad are required.
