What you will do
- Define digital strategies and design digital business and operating models for clients.
- Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics.
- Develop digital customer experiences, online marketing concepts, mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions.
- Work with marketing technology stacks such as Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, and Google.
- Contribute to the development of consulting offers and participate in business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- 3–6 years of consulting experience in similar responsibilities and firms.
- Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience and journey design, CRM, or customer analytics and insights.
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
- Professional knowledge of English, Dutch, and French is required.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and trends, solve complex problems, and synthesize conclusions.
