What you will do

• Define digital strategies and design digital business and operating models for clients.
• Implement digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics.
• Develop digital customer experiences, online marketing concepts, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, and data analytics initiatives.
• Deploy and expand knowledge of marketing technology stacks, including Adobe, Salesforce, Thunderhead, and Google.
• Contribute to the development of hirify.global’s consulting offerings and participate in business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in corporate strategy, digital transformation, digital marketing, customer experience, journey design, CRM, or customer analytics and insights.
• Dutch and English language skills required.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Creative and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial, result-oriented mindset.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
