What you will do

• Manage and expand the HR Transformation & Change team, coaching consultants and fostering their development.
• Acquire and deliver HR transformation and change projects for major accounts and new clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Develop consulting services covering Future of Work, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, and Well-being & Vitality.
• Help clients adopt data-driven and digital HR practices and become future-proof organizations.
• Drive account growth, identify new business opportunities, build proposals, and track industry developments.
• Build relationships with international offices and support collaboration across the global organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience as a manager within a consulting firm.
• Professional background in HR Transformation & Change.
• Strong commercial, consulting, business development, team management, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to develop expertise in these areas.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
