Junior HR Offer Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium; full-time position based in the corporate office

What you will do

• Prepare Belgian employment offers and contracts and coordinate internal validation.
• Build compensation and benefits packages and collaborate with Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Tax teams on net salary simulations.
• Validate standard international offers and gradually take on more specialized and complex offers.
• Maintain accurate employee files and serve as the main HR contact for corporate-office employees.
• Support recruitment software implementation and HR process transformation.
• Review internship agreements and V.I.E. applications and improve workflows, templates, and internal guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources, communication, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English required as the main communication language.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage both broad tasks and small details.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and working in a digital environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or Dutch.
• Interest in developing a career in HR within an international environment.
