Invoice Inspector (Finance)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work with 60% in the office and 40% from home

Salary: €34,622–€48,100 per year

What you will do

• Verify incoming goods and transportation cost invoices from Germany and other countries.
• Check invoices for factual, tax-related, and mathematical accuracy.
• Handle complaints and clarify discrepancies with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in retail, preferably online or mail-order retail.
• Strong numerical understanding.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• SAP knowledge.
