Statutory Reporting Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid

Salary: £74,035–£100,165 per year, plus equity and potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Own statutory financial statement preparation and filing across group entities in the UK, US, Norway, Luxembourg, and Spain.
• Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors, local advisors, finance teams, tax advisors, and registered agents.
• Own the US GAAP-to-IFRS bridge and maintain technical accounting positions and statutory disclosures.
• Build reporting calendars, track filing deadlines, and standardize processes and templates as new entities are added.
• Partner with the Corporate Secretary on entity management and statutory filing calendars.
• Support statutory reporting needs related to financings, joint ventures, M&A, and ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Significant statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction group, accounting firm, or in-house environment.
• Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS; familiarity with US, Nordic, or other European reporting regimes is advantageous.
• Experience managing external audit relationships and statutory audit processes.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and jurisdictions, track deadlines independently, and apply strong technical accounting judgement.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; employment is subject to pre-employment screening.
