Senior Principal - Organisational Strategy

What you will do

• Deliver organizational strategy projects covering operating model, organizational structure, governance processes, and organizational capabilities.
• Lead transformation interventions involving organizational design, analytics, process review, strategy implementation, change management, and behavioral or cultural change.
• Develop proposals, win new business, grow existing accounts, and identify new opportunities.
• Design and roll out organizational health checks, diagnostics, and change management plans.
• Manage complex engagements, including client satisfaction, scope, quality, communication, collaboration, project delivery, and profitability.
• Build engagement teams, facilitate difficult discussions with senior leaders, and act as relationship manager for complex clients.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field with 7–10+ years of relevant experience, or significant experience in a top-tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation for complex multinational organizations.
• Significant experience in change management, project-team leadership, executive advisory, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated success winning new business and developing existing accounts in business transformation or strategy implementation.
• Technical depth in change management, business transformation, strategy development and implementation, or organizational design.
• Strong analytical, project management, facilitation, communication, data analysis, and financial literacy skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using organizational analytics tools such as OrgVue or Dynaplan.
• Experience in financial services, industrial, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or public services.
