Senior Consultant / Associate

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Lead or co-lead client engagement workstreams by structuring problems, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing insights into recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Create client-ready presentations and memos with clear storylines and actionable recommendations.
• Design strategies, operating models, governance structures, KPI frameworks, capability roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Support business development through proposal drafting, workshop design, and thought leadership.
• Mentor junior colleagues, improve internal toolkits, and build strong relationships with client teams.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience since a bachelor's degree or 5+ years since a master's degree, with flexibility based on overall fit.
• Experience owning complex problem-solving work, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines, and working with senior stakeholders.
• Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, operating models, corporate development, product or strategy roles, or public-sector and regulated-environment advisory.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and judgment skills.
• Fluent Thai and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, industrials, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, technology, digital, or public-sector organizations.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, mobilizing initiatives, and tracking outcomes.
