Focus on resolving design conflicts, reviewing federated BIM models, detecting clashes, and aligning infrastructure disciplines with rail systems and project milestones.

What you will do

Coordinate multidisciplinary technical interfaces across alignment, roadworks, railway bridges, bridges, geotechnics, earthworks, utilities, landscape, hydrology, and drainage.
Align civil and infrastructure design packages with rail systems, rolling stock, environment, facilities, stations, and other workstreams.
Review discipline deliverables for technical compatibility, interface coordination, and constructability.
Facilitate technical coordination meetings, track interface risks, resolve conflicts, and escalate critical issues.
Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator on federated model reviews, model integration, clash detection, and resolution of geometric and spatial conflicts.
Maintain coordination with project requirements, corridor constraints, and delivery milestones in a high-speed rail environment.

Requirements

Civil Engineering degree.
10–15 years of relevant experience in multidisciplinary design coordination for major infrastructure or rail/transit projects.
Experience working across multiple infrastructure disciplines and managing technical interfaces in complex project environments.
Familiarity with BIM-based coordination, clash detection, and model review processes.
Professional communication skills in both French and English are required.
Strong problem-solving, facilitation, attention-to-detail, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
