Inventory Technician (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Moses Lake, Washington, United States

Salary: $21.73–$32.54 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

hirify.global is developing Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed to reduce launch costs and increase flight availability and reliability.

What you will do

• Set up inventory locations by assembling racks, labeling bins, and maintaining stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with engineers to keep critical test items available.
• Work with vendors to place orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare shipments, receive deliveries, and pick up items around Moses Lake when needed.
• Perform administrative and technician support tasks across the test site.
• Support test engineers and technicians in completing testing safely, quickly, and efficiently; operate a forklift safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• At least 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools, plus strong computer skills.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle for local pickups, work outdoors for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds while stooping, bending, and crawling.
• Must be authorized to work with U.S. export-controlled technology under ITAR requirements and complete U.S. employment eligibility verification.
